Capability
What we
deliver.
From CE / UKCA declarations and EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates through weld records and inspection plans — every contract leaves with an audit-ready compliance pack traceable to heat number and welder ID.
Phase 01
CE / UKCA marking
Declarations of Performance issued on every structural steel consignment, signed by the Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) and aligned to BS EN 1090-1. Each DoP references the operative Factory Production Control system, providing the building control officer, structural engineer and principal contractor with consistent, audit-ready documentation.
- DoP per consignment
- Signed by RWC
- BS EN 1090-1 aligned
- FPC referenced
Phase 02
Mill certificates
EN 10204 3.1 certificates traceable to heat number, issued with every contract and matched line-by-line to delivery note items. Chemical composition, mechanical properties and origin mill are recorded — supporting engineer sign-off, insurance evidence and long-term asset records.
- EN 10204 3.1
- Heat-number traceable
- Line-by-line matched
- Composition & properties
Phase 03
Welding records
WPS, WPQR and weld maps retained against each fabrication and cross-referenced to coded welder identity, joint type and consumable batch. Records are archived under the ISOQAR-audited Welding Quality Management System, enabling joint-level traceability to procedure and operator years after handover.
- WPS & WPQR
- Weld maps
- Coded welder ID
- Consumable batch records
Phase 04
Inspection & Test Plans
ITPs aligned to the project specification, with hold and witness points clearly defined for client, consultant and third-party inspectors. Dimensional checks, NDT, coating thickness and bolt torque results are recorded at each stage and issued as a single signed-off pack alongside the CE / UKCA delivery documentation.
- Hold & witness points
- Dimensional & NDT
- Coating & torque records
- Signed-off pack
Compliance as a workflow, not a folder

Why report with us
Compliance led by the contractor delivering the work
EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, weld inspection records, CE / UKCA Declarations of Performance and method statements are compiled by the team executing the contract — issued to the principal contractor's QA plan, audit-ready and traceable end-to-end.
Accreditations
Independently audited on a continuing basis
Our Factory Production Control and Welding Quality Management System are independently accredited by ISOQAR and audited annually — providing documented assurance that the deliverables match the certification.

Documentation
Compliance and reporting for structural steel orders
Every structural steel order leaves our facility with a complete compliance pack: CE / UKCA Declaration of Performance, EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates traceable to heat number, weld records, NDT reports where required, and a project-specific Inspection & Test Plan with hold and witness points.
Documentation is generated as the job runs, not back-filled at dispatch — so what's in the pack matches what was actually fabricated, certified, and loaded onto the lorry.
Audited end-to-end
Our Factory Production Control sits under BS EN 1090 EXC 3 and ISO 9001 and is audited annually by ISOQAR — the same auditors who accredit our welding management system.
Held in your portal
The full pack is filed against the job in your client workspace for the life of the project, ready for O&M handover or any future investigation.
