Why fabricate with us

Sheet metal produced by a coded UK fabricator

Laser cutting, CNC forming, coded MIG / TIG welding and finishing are delivered under one ISO 9001 roof — DFM input at design stage, controlled fabrication on the shop floor and full material traceability on every batch, prototype or continuous-supply contract.

Design

Design and fabrication of sheet metal

Established design and prototyping capability for fabricated sheet metal and machined components. A complete design-to-delivery service is provided, with the design phase and new product introduction treated as integral to long-term client relationships.

Current 3D modelling software and precision engineering design techniques support our in-house design engineers in producing fully specified, engineered manufacturing drawings — released for precision sheet metal fabrication.

Finishing

Sheet metal finishing

A comprehensive range of finishing options is provided — including linishing, grinding, sanding and polishing of metal parts to specified surface finish standards.

Welded fabrications can be dressed to original grained appearance or progressed through additional finishing including powder coating and wet paint to client specification.

Welding

Sheet metal coded welding — MIG and TIG

High-specification precision metal fabrications produced for a range of industries and applications where weld integrity and tolerance control are critical. Extended welding capacity supports a complete subcontract precision fabrication service for principal contractors and OEM clients.

Quality

Quality assurance

Accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and committed to documented quality standards throughout the fabrication process — controlled procedures, formal quality assurance and full material traceability where the specification requires.

Quality, technology investment and complete manufacturing solutions are core to the business model, supporting the competitive position of our client base in UK and export markets. Continuous improvement is embedded in the management system and applied across the client portfolio.

Sheet metal

Sheet metal fabrication for structural steel projects

Our sheet metal shop produces enclosures, cladding panels, base plates, gussets, brackets and made-to-measure components that sit alongside heavier structural steel work. CNC laser, press-brake forming and TIG/MIG welding under one roof.

Materials cover mild steel, galvanised, stainless and aluminium, with finishing options from shot-blast and prime through to hot-dip galvanising and powder coat — all coordinated through a single project manager.

Integrated with structural work

Sheet components are designed and manufactured in step with the parent metal fabrication package, so plates, brackets and covers arrive together and fit first time.

Architectural quality

For visible work, fabrications run through our architectural fabrications process — finer tolerances, hidden fixings, and finish-grade welds.
