Capability
What we
deliver.
From CSCS-carded site teams and project-specific RAMS through SSIP-accredited workshop controls and documented incident reporting — every contract runs under a single H&S management system audited by independent assessors annually.
Phase 01
CDM 2015 compliant — workshop & site
All projects assessed against the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We act as designer, contractor or sub-contractor with the obligations of each role documented and accepted in writing.
- CDM duties documented
- Pre-construction information
- Construction Phase Plan input
- Site-specific RAMS
Phase 02
RAMS on every job
Risk Assessments and Method Statements issued before any work starts — workshop or site — and shared with the Principal Contractor for review. No RAMS, no work.
- Job-specific RAMS
- PC sign-off before start
- Toolbox talks on rollout
- Daily briefings on site
Phase 03
Coded welders & supervised fabrication
All welders coded to BS EN 9606-1. Fabrication shadowed by qualified supervisors with documented hold-points, weld inspection records and ISOQAR-accredited WQMS.
- BS EN 9606-1 welders
- WQMS to BS EN 1090 EXC 3/3
- Weld inspection records
- Documented hold-points
Phase 04
Constructionline & Achilles pre-qualified
Independently verified H&S management, insurance and competence. Reduces PQQ burden for clients and gives main contractors a single source of truth.
- Constructionline verified
- Annual H&S audit
- Insurance records current
- PAS 91 aligned

Accident & near-miss reporting
Reported, investigated, learned from
Every incident and near-miss is logged, investigated and reviewed at monthly management meetings. Lessons learned are fed back into RAMS, training and supervision.
Mental health & wellbeing
A safe team, not just a safe site
Trained mental health first-aiders on staff, an open-door policy with the MD, and active support for anyone affected by stress, workload or events outside work.
