Here at CR Steel we have the ability to fabricate all manner of architectural metalwork items. These can range from structural/cantilever walk-on balconies, steel staircases, staircase balustrading, external railings, fire escapes, cat ladders, vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, to name but a few.
This process is facilitated by our use of 3D detailing packages to ensure accuracy and consistency of work.

Complex Shapes
Metal forming is one of the important manufacturing processes. There are many types of metal forming processes. Some popular metal forming processes are forging, rolling, wire drawing, extrusion, deep drawing, and bending.
In metal forming (cold or hot), localised compressive force is applied on the workpiece through a forming tool. This force leads to generate high contact pressures at the workpiece/tool interface and as a result the workpiece is deformed to deliver a desired shape and surface of the product.
