Structural Steel Frame Fabrication

We are capable of producing up to 1200 tonnes of fabricated steel work annually, ensuring even the most challenging of schedules are accurately executed.

Offering a variety of treatment capabilities and finishes, we are able to coat and paint our steelwork to your desired specification, immediately after the fabrication process. This ensures our structural steel is finished and delivered to site with the highest of standards preserved.

Common Finishes include: Shot blasting / zinc phosphate primer / top coating / galvanising / intumescent painting.

Structural Steel Welding

All our Coding’s are to BS EN 9606-1

Our welders are qualified welders (coded) to BS EN 9606-1 and capable of welding all grades of steel.  Being coded, we provide proficient welding engineers who have undertaken rigorous training and testing.

We hold an extensive range of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to cover most applications. Having a wide range of WPS allows us to react quickly to your requirements.
Our workforce operates within the constraints of our Welding Quality Management System (WQMS) accredited by ISOQAR and approved to BS EN 1090 EXC 2. This enables us to offer a guarantee of quality (CE/UKAS Marking of structural steels)
