SKILLED CODED WELDING
Coded welders who take great pride in their work with experience of MIG, TIG, MMA on a variety of materials including mild steel. stainless steel, aluminium and exotic metals.
On Price – On Time – All The Time
Coded Welding services
Coded Welding
All our welders are qualified (coded) to BS EN 9606-1 and capable of welding all grades of steel. Being coded, we provide proficient welding engineers who have undertaken rigorous training and testing.
MIG Welding
MAGS – also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). MAGS is the most common industrial welding process. It produces high-quality welds much quicker. It also covers a wide variety of metals and alloys.
TIG Welding
TIG – Also Known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). We use TIG when weld integrity is critical and requires high-quality welds. TIG leaves no splatter and minimises potential defects during the welding process.
Arc Welding
MMA – also known as Stick Welding or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). MMA is a low-cost technique and is very versatile. Once mastered, the engineer can use it on a wide variety of materials in almost any environment and position.

What our client say about us
Coded Welding and Fabrication
Precise Welding Services
Welding Quality Assurance
Our welding certifications enable us to fulfil standards to the highest quality. Our approach to quality is consistently applied following our accredited WQMS.
Each project begins with a rigorous contract and technical review processes, this means that we share our approach to quality assurance and quality control with you right from the outset. Contractually we will agree with you on the quality requirements and provide you with the necessary documents to support and validate our quality processes.
All welding is attributable to the welder that carried out the welds. All welding is visually weld inspected.
This routine is something we carry out regardless of the project.
Structural Steel Frame Welding
Our workforce operates within the constraints of our Welding Quality Management System (WQMS) accredited by ISOQAR and approved to BS EN 1090 EXC 2. This enables us to offer a guarantee of quality (CE/UKAS Marking of structural steels).
We have sufficient welding procedures to cover the scope of our business in respect of steel grades, welding positions and metal thickness.
Metal Fabrication Welding
Coded welding is the ongoing assessment of a welder’s ability to produce welding to known quality standards. To achieve this we work within the scope of approved Welding Procedure Specifications (ISO 15614-1) and welder competency tests accredited by BS EN 9606-1.
Our welders have the capability to adapt and qualify for any given project.
The more specific methods need individual parameters allocated via a weld test inspector.
Our welders are re-tested every two years.
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
We have long standing relationships with a number of NDT specialist companies and can arrange Non Destructive Testing (NDT) if the job specification requires it.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques that are used to inspect and evaluate the properties of materials, components, structures or systems without causing any damage to the original part. The main purpose of NDT is to detect any defects, discontinuities or differences in the material or structure that could affect its performance or safety, without altering or destroying the part itself. The six most frequently used NDT methods are eddy-current, magnetic-particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, ultrasonic, and visual testing.
